We met a Greek god at a semi-gay nude beach

Lost again (don't the best things in life happen when you're lost) on Mykonos, we somehow missed the beach we were aiming for and ended up in this breathtaking secluded cove. We had to hike down a long dirt path and then scramble down a rock face to get there, but it was just stunning. Water so clear you could see straight to the bottom no matter how far out you went. It also was apparently a predominately gay nude beach, but what are you going to do?
Later on the way back to the bus we met a local, Achilles (neither gay nor nude). That morning we had seen a fisherman repeatedly whacking an octopus on the dock. And we'd seen several drying in the sun. And if you ask a Greek about octupus, their whole face lights up. So that evening we had octopus and it was really quite good. Kind of the taste of scallops and the texture of lobster. It's just alarming, because they slap a tentacle on your plate. Ew.
Now we are in Santorini. The full moon rose last night and I've never seen anything like it. We were at a rooftop garden restaurant on Perissa beach, watching traditional Greek dancing (we joined in!) and the moon came up over the ocean. It was huge and a deep, deep crimson red. So incredible!!!
