The happiest city on earth

Ah, Vienna! Forget Disneyland. This is the happiest place on earth! Incredible music and more sweets than even Trina & I can handle. The cakes and chocolate here are exquisite!
First thing yesterday morning we stepped out onto the street and ran into some kind of celebration outside the Imperial Palace. There was a huge marching band and everyone was hanging out in the square and drinking wine. It was still morning, but when in Vienna. . . Then we found a crazy market. It was kind of a Vienna-style Value Village/Pike Place Market. In the evening we got $5 tickets to the ballet at the State Opera house and oogled Viennese high society. We capped off the evening with tiny sandwiches and champagne at a street cafe. Perfection.
